Reservations Specialist – Full Time - Immediate Hiring

Drivergent Transportation is a Metro Detroit school transportation company looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to join our team in transporting students and customers.

As a Reservations Specialist for Drivergent Transportation, you will work with our management team to assist our clients transportation needs, and help shape and drive our continued growth strategy and meet/exceed customer service expectations.

General Responsibilities

• Assist customers in making reservations, including the quoting and booking the transportation
• Provide excellent customer service by being timely with the quote and associated follow-ups
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a great customer experience
• Process reservations and make any necessary modifications
• Map out and work with dispatch department to ensure accurate and efficient allocation of resources
• Handle customer inquiries/concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Assist with post trip processes, including customer follow-up and invoicing

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
• Reservation handling experience a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some college a plus

• High proficiency in using computers and programs such as Chrome, Microsoft Excel and Word, Outlook, and Google Earth
• Experience using QuickBooks
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently or with a team, manage ambiguity and ask for guidance when necessary
• Excellent customer service skills are required, both written and verbal

• Headquarters (Fraser, MI)

• $18 - $23 per hour, based on experience
• Full-Time
